GROUPS

“And let us consider each other carefully for the purpose of sparking love and good deeds. Don’t stop meeting together with other believers…Instead, encourage each other.” (Hebrews 10:24-25 CEB)

We are small enough to care through encouraging members to have small group connections that help us live out our faith in practical ways, supporting one another along the way.

BIBLE STUDY

Join us on Zoom for an in-depth discussion of the scripture that will be shared on during worship.  Sometimes that leads us toward the message in worship, sometimes it leads us in unexpected but blessed ways.

This group meets Sundays at 8:15 a.m.

TUESDAY BOOK GROUP

The Tuesday Book Group meets in every other Tuesday at the church.

They read a variety of both fiction and nonfiction books and meet foran hour for our discussion. Each meeting begins at 6pm.

WOMEN'S HOME BOOK GROUP

The Women’s Home Book Group meets in women’s homes five times a year from September to May.

Every September we choose the books we will read for our year. We read a variety of both fiction and nonfiction books and meet for a couple of hours for our discussion.

Contact Deb Wagner at deb@drwhome.com for any questions

MEN'S DISCUSSION

The Men's Discussion Group is challenged every week to listen to a 30-minute lecture from “The Great Courses”
and then discusses it for 30 minutes.

An example of Great Courses is this year’s lecture
on “The Holy Land Revealed.”

Men’s Discussion Group meets every Wednesday at 9 a.m. via ZOOM.  Contact Steve Sopoci to join the discussion.

GEMS

God's Exceptional Methodist Seniors is a wonderful group of people who meet together to enjoy friendships and encourage and support each other.

We do thisthrough monthly breakfasts and occasional fun events, including concerts, parties, speakers, tours, etc.  Building Christian community is at the core of our group and our time together.

Anyone is welcome to join us!

PROP GARDEN

We help serve the PROP (People Reaching out to People) food shelf by providing much needed fresh vegetables from a garden right here at EPUMC. We are always looking for volunteers to plant, pick, water or weed.

The group meets on Wednesdays at 6pm and after service on Sunday to help tend the garden
