Eden Prairie United Methodist Chrurch has a fully stocked nursery where parents can take their little ones to run around, change or feed them.  There is streaming access so parents will not miss out on worship while they are in there.

We have a paid nursery staff, Kay Comerford, who works with other adults and youth from our congregation to provide care for our preschoolers.

On Wednesday Evenings our 2nd & 3rd graders get together and work on service projects, do team building activities and learn about becoming more rooted in our faith.

“So then, just as you receive Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”  Col. 2:6-7

As students, John Wesley, who helped form the Methodist church, and his brother created a group called the “Holy Club” so they could get together and meet for prayer and to study the bible.

Our 4th and 5th graders have an opportunity on Wednesday nights to get together and study the bible as well as learn about our Methodist traditions.

Confirmation is an intentional journey of faith exploration.  It is a stage on a lifelong faith journey, not the beginning nor the culmination of it.  At Eden Prairie United Methodist Church we ask families to choose the right time for them and their youth (grades 6-12) to engage in a six session confirmation journey to ask questions of the faith, seek answers and learn a system in which they can continue to ask and answer questions of the faith as they grow as faithful disciples of Jesus.

Contact the church office for more information.
